Order Terms
All custom orders require a $10 design fee (Unless otherwise noted by the artist) at the time of order to help cover the cost of product and design, this will be put towards the total cost of your product. If unsatisfied this may be refunded, unless it is for a customized product.
Customized products include, but are not limited to: items with names, initials, and anything the artist determines they would be unable to sell to the general public.
If you are not satisfied with your product, items may be returned (at the cost of the buyer) within 15 days of receiving for a full refund (unless product is customized.)
If you are unsatisfied with a customized product, you may return the item (at the cost of the buyer) within 15 days for a partial refund.
All orders must be paid in full prior to the artist shipping or delivering any product.
